Michelle is a strategic marketing and communications specialist with 20 years’ experience in the health, government, education and employment sectors.

Anna is a social work academic and an experienced practitioner. Anna has worked in the human services sector across State Government, Local Government, the not for profit sector, and private consulting. Her roles have ranged from front line practice to management and now teaching.

Tim is the CFO of a large private resources business.

He has worked in several finance-based roles and holds qualifications in commerce, accounting and governance.

Zimbabwean-born Dr Admire (‘Addie’) Matsika is a registered medical practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in various areas of clinical medicine, having worked in the UK, Africa and Australian health systems. He is Chair of the Clinical Governance Committee at BYS.

He currently works as a specialist paediatric and perinatal anatomical pathologist for Mater Health Brisbane, primarily diagnosing childhood and adult cancers as well as investigating genetic changes that impact health early on in life.

Prior to commencing with BYS, Pam was the CEO of Yfoundations, the New South Wales peak body representing young people at risk and experiencing homelessness, and before that, the CEO of Open Doors Youth Service, Queensland’s LGBTIQA+ youth service supporting children and young people aged 12–24 years. She is passionate about investing in our next generation of leaders, and advocating for meaningful solutions to support them to flourish.

Di joined BYS as the Service Delivery Director in 2018. Di has more than 30 years experience working in the community, youth and local government sectors with expertise in service innovation, design, delivery and evaluation.

Jordan joined Brisbane Youth Service (BYS) as the Corporate Services Director in early 2021. Prior to joining BYS, she worked with The University of Queensland Business School in a variety of roles including managing all internal and external communications throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Caroline is an experienced People and Culture leader who is passionate about creating environments where people can thrive and reach their full potential. A certified human resources professional (FCPHR) with a Master of Business Psychology and qualifications in Coaching and Change Management, she brings extensive experience across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
