Why partner with Brisbane Youth Service?
BYS is Brisbane’s leading youth homelessness organisation and has been supporting young people for nearly 50 years. By partnering with BYS, your organisation will directly contribute to programs that provide critical services to young people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.
Do you employ young people?
Through our Positive Transitions Program, young people participate in employment workshops, resume and cover letter sessions, and hands‑on activities. If you offer entry-level roles, paid training programs, apprenticeships, and other pathways, we’d love to hear from you. By being involved, you’ll help create real pathways for young people who are building their futures after experiencing tough circumstances, including homelessness.
We also hold a Positive Transitions Employment and Training Expo annually for young people engaged with Brisbane Youth Service. The next event is on 30 April 2026.
