As a beneficiary partner of febfast 2018, Brisbane Youth Service was the recipient of nearly $10,000 in funding from the organisers of febfast – YSAS (Victoria’s Youth Support + Advocacy Service).
A total of 272 people registered for febfast in Queensland, including eight of BYS’s own dedicated staff who raised over $1,000 themselves.
BYS will use these funds to provide housing and tenancy support, health services and crisis and brief intervention services for young people in Brisbane and surrounding areas.
