New Housing for Young People
BYS is very excited to be partnering with the Property Industry Foundation (PIF) to develop additional housing for young people on land made available by the Queensland Government under their GLASS (Government Land for Accommodation and Support Services) program.
A combination of one and two-bedroom units will be constructed on Sandgate Rd at Toombul. The purpose-built units will provide supported housing for young people and young families and construction is planned to commence in 2019.
The Property Industry Foundation are holding their 5th annual Brisbane Charity Sailing Cup on Friday 18 May, with all funds raised going toward the PIF House GLASS project. To take part see www.pifsailing.com.au.
