Outreach Program

Young people in crisis often find it difficult to get to the Service Hub, so we provide support to young people off-site as well.

Public space outreach covers Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley and CBD. It aims to improve access to services and to minimise harm young people may experience while sleeping rough. The program operates in partnership with the Queensland Police Service.

For more information contact the Valley Service Hub on 3620 2400.
