Partner With Us
Brisbane Youth Service (BYS) works closely with all levels of government, the corporate sector and community groups to provide new futures for young people. BYS believe in developing long-term, meaningful partnerships that focus consistent and reliable support for young people (aged 12-25) experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless, and their accompanying children.
Corporate support and partnership ensures we are able to fill the gap between our existing resources and delivering on our promise to support new futures for vulnerable and disadvantaged young people. On any given day young people facing a range of complex challenges walk in to our service Hub in Fortitude Valley or ring to ask BYS for help. You can fund a service that changes their lives.
- Major Partners – contribute a minimum investment of $50k annually.
- Partners – contribute investment of $20k to $50k annually.
- Supporters – contribute investment up to $20k annually.
Additional Ways to Support BYS
Workplace Giving is an effective way for employees to make regular donations to causes they are passionate about. As an employee, you decide to donate a set amount each week, which comes out of your pre-tax pay. It is win-win: you pay less tax, and your chosen charity gets much needed funds. BYS is registered with two leading Workplace Giving platforms – Good2Give and Good Company.

In addition to our specific programs of need, BYS are able to negotiate the development of activities which meet you organisational needs and abilities to give. We are continually inspired by the creative ways individuals, organisations, and supporters choose to assist us—connecting and partnering with us so that together we can do more to ensure our sustainability and to continue creating new futures for young people. If financial investment with BYS isn’t for you at this time, perhaps you might be able to support us in creating new futures in a different way.
Rally your co-workers and friends to participate in one or more of our fundraising events or campaigns such as Daggy Jumper Day and Burpees for BYS.

Brisbane Youth Service gets busier every year – more young people seeking support with higher support needs. The average number of times each young person receives support has steadily grown from 13 times in 2012 to 23 times in 2017-18. We are committed to improving our service based on research and evaluation, to optimise outcomes for young people and respond to emerging needs. But improvements and growth cost money to deliver.
- Donations allow BYS to meet the gap between funding and the growing demand for our services.
