Opportunities are available for a team of 10 to 15 participants, the following costs apply:
- $100 per person
This covers costs of running the event including purchasing of ingredients for the cooking segment of the day. This cost also covers a light afternoon tea for participants.
Both BYS and Dig In are community not-for-profit organisations that depend on external funding and grants and the support of its volunteers. Our program costs include facilitation by BYS’ Partnerships Coordinator, insurance cover, site preparation, ingredients, light catering for participants and site maintenance. Any remaining proceeds will be donated equally to Dig In and BYS to cover future food needs for vulnerable and homeless people in our community.
Potential additions available:
- Catering for corporate participants (beyond small afternoon tea). Priced at $18pp.
- Custom made aprons: Corporate and both Parties logo’s on aprons for Corporate Participants to take home with them. Priced at $28pp.

Please note that we need at least 2-weeks’ notice to secure your group placement and require a minimum of 7-days’ notice of cancellation for a full refund. Activities can be rescheduled in the event of wet weather – you will be notified by a BYS or Dig In representative by 12pm the day prior should wet weather be expected.
