At Brisbane Youth Service we are proud of the outcomes we achieve with young
people. Young people from all sorts of backgrounds access our services. For
example, over 23% identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and 15% identifying
as culturally and linguistically diverse, with 34 different languages spoken at home.

Outcomes for Young People

In the 2015-2016 Financial Year BYS provided support to 1260 young people. The majority of young people supported were aged between 18-25 years. Young people from all sorts of backgrounds access our services.

Over 80% of the young people who accessed our services were very happy with the support they received.
