Centre for Young Families
A range of activities for young families occur on site and through mobile support provided by workers. Clients can attend a range of group sessions and / or be supported through home visits.

Target clients: Young parents experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless
Eligible: Young parents aged 12 – 25 and their children
Office hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Please call to make an appointment
Referrals: Referrals can be made over the phone or via email, or from another BYS service site
Access: There are regular train and bus services to Buranda and Stones Corner. CFYF is also wheelchair accessible.
Bus: Take the 174 or 175 and get off at stop 17a on Logan Road at Stones Corner Shops, Greenslopes. From there it is a three minute walk to CFYF.
The following bus routes stop at Stones Corner busway station, which is a 10 minute walk from CFYF: 61, 209, 222.
Train: Buranda train station is on the Cleveland line and operates a half hourly service. Buranda train station is 10 minutes walk from CFYF.
