What is Daggy Jumper Day?
Daggy Jumper Day was launched in 2013 as a quirky campaign to raise awareness of youth homelessness and raise all important funds to house and support young people during winter. Since its inception, the campaign has involved hundreds of participants, raising over $90,000.
Join the Daggy Crew or Donate
Join the Daggy Crew and get your unique crew number #dag001. Then wear a daggy jumper or hold a daggy themed event and share on social media to show your support for homeless youth.
Our vision is for 4,454 people to join – one for every homeless young person in Queensland.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like more information or have any questions at all. We’d love to hear from you!
Hold a daggy themed event in July and raise additional funds for Brisbane Youth Service.
We’ve put together some daggy ideas for events or activities here.
Over the years the campaign has attracted outstanding support from the local business community, high profile sporting clubs, government departments, schools and the media. Past supporters have included National Australia Bank, Minter Ellison Lawyers, South Bank, Virgin Australia, Quest Community Newspapers and 96.5FM and 97.3FM.
This year help us break all records:
- 4,454 Daggy Crew participants
- Raise $100,000
- Increase awareness of youth homelessness
